The Freight Train Duo are a rockin’ Country duo, Rust Nutz (Clint Price) and Dusty Roads (Tony Harrison-Smith). We have plenty of energy to entertain you and keep you on the dance floor!
The duo was set up in 2023 although only took the “The Freight Train Duo” name and started gigging in 2024. Rusty has been a musician for all his adult life and played drums before becoming lead guitarist in several bands. Dusty has only been playing the guitar since 2022, when Rusty gave him a guitar and encouraged him to learn to play.
Both of us love Country music as well as early rock and roll and love performing on stage. We are fully insured and use professional backing tracks. We also offer some lighting when required. We have a great mix of Country Music in our playlist and are constantly learning new material to provide the songs that please all types of dancers and listeners and keep them dancing on the floor and give everyone a fun and enjoyable experience!
